Refund policy
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of your delivered date for store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label.
This business is currently not accepting refunds for original payment method, only store credit.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Additional Guidelines:
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays (additional 8 business days from the first refund issued). If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
